It is like taking a bite of sunshine. </div> <bR> <bR> <div> <IMG SRC="06b6df10.jpg" border=0 width="365" height="241" ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0"></div> <bR> <bR> <bR> <bR> <bR> <div> We also grow blackberries. If strawberries are the taste of spring, then surely blackberries are the taste of summer! Our blackberries are the old fashioned type with briars. Of course, this can make picking a bit hazardous, but the explosion of taste when you eat these berries makes any scratches worthwhile. We pick blackberries daily during the season and sell them from the farm or to local markets.</div> <bR> <bR> <div> <IMG SRC="06c60ec0.jpg" border=0 width="352" height="236" ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0"></div> <bR> <div> Other fruit grown at Good Measure Farm include pears, apples, and grapes. We have started an orchard which includes some old varieties of peaches...grown from seed taken from old trees on Linda's </div> <div> grandmother's farmstead. These trees are covered with fruit for the first time this year (2007).
